Notes
a. Note:   --Y DNA Haplogroup I2b1 (renamed I2a2a ?) as per recent testing of a male descendant. --According to family members, PHILLIP L HUBER disappeared without trace in 1882, while accompanying his twelve year old son ALONZO COX HUBER (my grandfather) to a fair in nearby Hardin Co, Iowa (some sources say Marshall Co fair). --Recent DNA testing has proven that PHILLIP L HUBER was the same person as LUTHER HUBER who married a much younger woman, IDA HALE, in Nashville, Davidson Co TN. City directories for Nashville show him living there as early as 1889. In 1895 he was working for the New York, Chicago & St Louis Railway, later known as the Nickel Plate Road.
