Catherine was a spinster living with her unmarried brother, William, and her spinster sister, Sarah on the home place. Her will dated 9 Oct 1939, probated in Warren Co. 27 Jan 1947, she left $100 to be used to keep up the cemetery known as Harmon-Pearson, where William J. was already buried and she would be buried. The remainder of the estate she left to her neice, Alma Mitchell and husband Charlie Mitchell. -----
