a. Note:   Frankfort (IN) Times - Friday, 21 May 1982, Page 6: C. Murch Crawford, 97, Lebanon, died at 2 a.m. today in the Golden Manor Health Care Center there. Mr. Crawford farmed many years north of Elizaville near the Clinton County line. He was a member and elder of the former Salem (Mud Creek) United Presbyterian Church and a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Lebanon after they merged. He was born June 18, 1884, in Boone County to William L. and Nancy (Weed) Crawford. He married Elizabeth Bruckner Jan. 1, 1906, and she died July 3, 1949. He later married Stella Turner and Blanche Atkins, and they preceded him in death. Surviving are three sons, Alvin of Lebanon, Carl of Greensburg and William H. of Whitestown; two daughters, Mary Luzader of Anderson and Olive Drulard of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Edythe Myers of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Russel and Hitch Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in Mud Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be made to the Boone County heart or cancer funds.
