  The Recorder CATSKILL, GREENE CO., N. Y., OCTOBER 24, 1924 ACRA Ivan, the seven year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Chadderdon, has met with a serious accident. While in school recently, by striking a match his clothing caught fire and he was badly burned about the body. His condition is somewhat improved at present.

  THE RECORDER. CATSKILL, GREENE CO., N. Y. DECEMBER 5, 1924. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Chadderdon's son Ivan, who had been taken to the Hudson Hospital, underwent an operation on Monday. His injuries are serious, but everything is being done to relieve the little fellow's sufferings.

THURS., OCT. 14, 1943 A social event of much interest to people here is the announcement of the wedding of Miss Irene Mavis Benjamin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aria Benjamin to Ivan Margison. The ceremony will be performed in the Methodist Church on Friday evening, October 15 at eight o'clock.
  GREENE COUNTY EXAMINER-RECORDER, CATSKILL, N.Y. THURS., OCT. 21, 1943 122 year old Cornwallville Methodist Church was the scene of a very pretty wedding last Friday evening, October 15, when Miss Irene Mavis Benjamin became the bride of Ivan Margison. The church was prettily trimmed with gorgeous colored autumn leaves. Many candles lighted the auditorium, when to the strains of the wedding march played by Mrs. William S. Borthwick, the church organist, Miss Benjamin on the arm of her father, Aria Benjamin, and preceded by her bridesmaid, Miss Anna Schmidt of Cairo, walked up the aisle to the altar where they were met by the groom and his best man, Lester Simpson, of Sunside. Rev. Lester J. Finley, pastor of the church, read the ritual that united the young couple in marriage. Then they marched to the vestibule where they received, the congratulations of the many friends who filled the church. The wedding party which included the ushers, Ferris Parks, Floyd Parks, Nelson Parks and Langdon Lawson, and invited guests retired to the Benjamin home where a buffet luncheon was served. After the reception the bride and groom successfully eluded their pursuers and left for a short wedding trip after which they will begin housekeeping in furnished rooms in the house of Mr. and Mrs. Almon Moore. Mr. Margison is employed by Mr. Moore on his large poultry and dairy farm. Mrs. Margison is a graduate of Cairo High School. The popular young couple have a large circle of friends who extend hearty good wishes for their future happiness.
