"Funeral services for Lawrence Robarge, 83, of 216 S. Main St. held at St Joseph's church January 7, with Father Philip D. Stack officiating. Burial was in St Joseph's cemetery. Pallbearers were grandchildren, Robert Prout of Minneapolis, Elden Amans and Jeff Frye of Rice Lake, Larry Robarge of Rochester, Minn. Richard and Donald Frye of Canyon, Minn. J.P. Schneider was funeral director. Mr Robarge died at a Rice Lake hospital January 4 after an illness of 2 1/2 years. He was born in Tenywick, Canada and lived most of his life in Rice Lake. He was married to Addie Desaire Frye in September, 1906. He is survived by his wife: three sons, John of Duluty, Orville of Minneapolis, and Albert of St. Paul; three daughters, Mrs. Art (Veronica) reibien of Duluty, Mrs Harry (Melvena) Amans and Mrs. E.F. (Cleora) Baumberger, both of Rice Lake, four stepchildren Henry Frye of Omaha, Nebraska, Wilmer of Canyon Minn. and Mrs Richard Prout of New Brighton, Minn.
