Note: ita. He was born July 29, 1957, in Plainville to Levi and Elaine (Hamel) Brin. He graduated from Palco High School and served in the U.S. Army. On Oct. 30, 1982, he married Mary Fellhoelter in Plainville. He was a mail transporter for Hurtt's Enterprise.Survivors include his wife, Mary, of the home; two sons, Seth Brin and Luke Brin, both of Plainville; a daughter, Lacey Brin, Plainville; his mother, Elaine Brin, Damar; four brothers, Marty Brin, Great Bend, Arlen Brin, Zurich, Galen Brin, Olathe, and David Brin, Hays; and a sister, Sheri Webb, Logan.He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Tracy Brin.Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plainville; burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.Visitation will be from noon until 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Moore-Overlease Funeral Chapel, and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the church.A Ladies Guild Rosary will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. A parish vigil service, followed by a Knights of Columbus Rosary, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the church.Memorials are suggested to Rooks County Health Care Foundation Hospital Building Fund, and may be sent in care of the chapel, 409 S. Cochran, Plainville, KS, 67663.
