[Broderbund WFT Vol. 1, Ed. 1, Tree #4117] 03 July 1989 Notes from Dorothy Hahnenkratt's book: Elizabeth WAYMIRE is the daughter of John Rudolph WAYMIRE (a German immigrant to PA in 1753) and Miss LOUCKS (granddaughter of John Valentine WAYMIRE. Andrew HOOVER, Jr. (Elizabeth's husband) was a Quaker and went from North Carolina to OH in 1802, settling in "The Miami Country," now Montgomery Co., OH. In 1806 he removed to IN Territory where he founded Richmond, IN.
