a. Note:   In the name of God Amen I Dorothy Dillon of Burrington in the County of Devon widow being of sound Mind do write and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I commend my soul into the hands of the Almighty God and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named and touching the disposition of all my Temporal Estate I Give and dispose thereof as followeth I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Dorothy Cruwys ten shillings to be paid by my Executor one Month after my Decease I Give and Bequeath unto my other Daughter Jane Ford ten shillings to be paid in manner and form aforesaid I Give and Bequeath unto my two Daughters Dorothy Cruwys and Jane Ford all my wearing apparel to be equal divided between them by my Executor one Month after my Decease I Give and Bequeath unto my Granddaughter Dorothy Ford one Guinea to be paid in manner and form aforesaid All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate Goods & Chattels whatsoever I Give and Bequeath unto my son John Dillon whom I do hereby make and appoint full and whole Executor of this my last will and Testament And I do hereby revoke disannul and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofor made either by word of Mouth or wrighting [sic] In Witness whereof I the said Dorothy Dillon to this my last will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper have set my hand and seal this eighth Day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteen hundred & five.
