a. Note:   At the time of the 1900 census William, a day laborer, was living in East Cleveland with his mother and stepfather. In 1910 William and his family were living in Cleveland Heights, OH, where he was a stone-breaking contractor. By 1918 they had moved to Geneva, as he was living there when he registered for the WWI draft on September 12 1918. His occupation was not clear in either that record or in the 1920 census record. In 1930 he, then a farmer, was still living in Geneva, Ohio. For several years during the 1930's they managed the Hotel Geneva, located across the street from the Geneva train depot. When their first child, William, was born, William and Grace were living at 1155 Fairmount Road in Cleveland, Ohio. is NOT responsible for the content of the GEDCOMs uploaded through the WorldConnect Program.
