Just FYI, there is no mention of Rebecca (Dudley) Roberts contained in either. Only wife Elisabeth Dudley (full estate recipient) is named in the will, along with two names as executors, one being son James H. Dudley. He's the only family one named in the probate. Copies we received were from "Will Book A, 1850-1877, Paulding County, Georgia" and included pages 336 (the Will) and 341 and 342. Unless there were later pages not received that named Elisabeth and children, that is all there is, as mentioned.
