a. Note:   Obituary MAXWELL - Marion: Passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday, March 20, 2014 of Simcoe in her 89th year. Daughter of the late Cecil and Elizabeth Smith and much beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Maxwell (1994). Loving mother of Don (Cathy) of Port Dover, Rich (Sherry) of Cambridge, Robin (Tom Nunn) of Kitchener, Leesa (Dave Podzorski) of Simcoe, Kim (Gary Bacher) of Jarvis and was predeceased by her daughter Cindy (2013), son-in-law George B. Harrington (2008) and brother Bob Smith. Cherished grandmother of Brennan (Heather), Nathan (Katie), Josh (Melanie), Amanda (Keith), Kaley, Jesse (Kate), Kevin (Lisa), David (Natalie), Kristie (Greg), Brad (Brittany) Brooke and great grandmother of Robbie, Jaxx and Kingston. Also surviving is her brother Leighton Smith of London, sisters-in-law Mary Smith of Vittoria, Irene (Nin) Holman of Simcoe, brother-in-law Dick Maxwell (Helen) of Port Dover and nieces and nephews. Marion served with the Women�s Royal Naval Service (W.R.E.N.) during W.W.II. was a life member of St. James United Church, Norview Ladies Auxiliary and Oakcrest Women�s Institute. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe. The funeral will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. from ST. JAMES UNITED CHURCH, 150 Colborne St. S. Simcoe. Cremation to follow with interment at Woodhouse United Cemetery at a later date.
