There is no evidence for John and Charity having children unless Rebecca was a married daughter. Charity Driggers was born abt. 1807 in South Carolina to John Driggers and wife, Nancy. John Driggers was born abt. 1765 in S.C. and died in the 1850's in Chambers County, Alabama. John's wife, Nancy, was born abt. 1770 in S.C. and died after 1860 in Chambers Co., AL. The 1850 census for Chambers Co., AL. has the Driggers name incorrectly as Driggins. Jane Todd, age 60, born S.C. Lydia Todd? Driggers, age 64, born S.C. Charity Todd, age 80, born S.C. Marion Alexabder Todd (1843-1897) was a son of Levi Todd and 2nd wife, Jane Driggers. He, Marion Alexander Todd, married Arminda Jane Sims (1853-1916) in Chambers Co., AL. Arminda Jane Sims was born Feb.1853 in Chambers Co., AL. a daughter of Paul P. Sims (1822-1899) and his 1st wife, Frances Causey, (c.1826-1872) Marion Alexander Todd is said to have lost a leg during his service with the Confederacy. Marion & Arminda (Sims) Todd are both buried in the Paul P. Sims Family Cemetery located near Penton, Chambers Co., AL. Hope this data helps.
