Notes
a. Note:   NI1203
Note:   Bought property in Section 21 of Perry Co., Indiana in 1815. Dade Connor was the Sherrif of Perry Co. in 1817. Seneath Connor was born there about 1820 and was on the 1820 census with her father as one of 2 females under 10 and was still in his household in 1830 as a female 10-15. ---- Dade Connor, wrote his will in September of 1856. He mentions Seneath and her three youngest children: Will Record in Book A, Breckinridge County, KY, Page 238, DADE CONNER. Wife Sidney Conner and daughter Lidia Conner daughter Mary Lang; son Lewis Conner; daughter Sarah Miller; granddaughter Sarah Margaret Laswell (daughter of my daughter Seneath Laswell, deceased) and her two brothers William Jasper Laswell and Francis Marion Laswell; to son Washington Conner's children and my grandchildren Isabel Conner, Dade Franklin Conner and Hambleton Conner; son Benjamin Conner; son Charles Conner. Executors, James Cunningham, my wife Sidney Conner, and daughter Lydia Conner. Witnessed by M. Cunningham and Samuel T. Elder. Written Sept. 23 1856. Probated November 17, 1856. Dade Connor died Near Chenautt, Breckinridge County, KY and is buried buried at Mitchell Farm, Chenautt, Breckinridge County, KY I do not know why the other three children were not mentioned in the will. It is possible that Rastus had died as he does not show up on any census records after 1850. However, Thomas and Mary were both still living with William in 1860. ---- 1820 - Perry Co., IN census, Pg. 150, for Dade Connor: 3m -10; 1m 26-45; 2f -10; 1f 10-16; 1f 26-45. 1830 - Tobin Township, Perry County, IN census, Pg. 309 for Dade Connor; 1m -5, 3m 5-10, 1m 15-20, 1m 40-50, 1 f -5, 2f 10-15, 1f 40-50.
