Note: Bernard "Bun" Gassman, 81, Mitchell, died March 5, 2002. Services will be 2:00 Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation will be 4-8 Thursday at Will Funeral Chapel with a scripture reading at 7. Burial is in Servicemen's Memorial Cemetery. Survived by wife, Ardella, Mitchell, SD; children: Dave, Tom, Mike and Dennis of Canova, SD; Vicki Barthold, Valparaiso, IN; Julia Calmus, Howard, SD; Reg, Flandreau, SD; Kurt, Henry, SD; Lea Miller, Mitchell, SD; Lynn Herber, Kadoka, SD; and Kelly Miller, Lexington, MO; brother, Myron, Howard, SD; sisters, Cecelia Klinkhammer, Mitchell, SD; and Mae Klinkhammer, Howard, SD; 39 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
