I, Elizabeth Lockridge of the County of Pocahontas, do make & publish this as & for my last Will & Testament in manner & form following. I will & bequeath all my estate in possession & all to which I am entitled under my husband's will, as follows. Item 1st - I will & bequeath to my Grand son - Washington L Herold my Bureau Item 2nd - I will & bequeath to my Grand daughter Mary E. Hickman, my clock, all my stem glasses & preserve dishes, Tea Canister, One Box, One Cover Lid, One counter pin, one sheet, One Table Cloth & pair blankets. Item 3rd - I will & bequeath to my Grand daughter Elizabeth Marshall, One feather bed, One blanket, One Sheet, One bolster & pillow. Item 4th - I will & bequeath to my daughter Rebecca Seibert One Colt. Item 5th - I will & bequeath to my Grand-daughter Elizabeth McClung, One Cover lid. Item 6th - As to all the balance of my estate not herein disposed of, which I have in possession & am entitled to under my husband's will, I direct to be equally divided among my daughters now living so that Rebecca Seibert will take one fifth, Eleanor Slaven one fifth, Harriot Grose, one fifth, Elizabeth Herold one fifth & Jane Callihan One fifth, and that portion descending to Elizabeth Herold, Jane Callihan & Harriet Grose, I will to Joseph Seibert in trust for their benefit (severally) free from the control of their husbands (severally) & their several ?. Lastly, I appoint my son in-law Joseph Seibert Executor of this my last will & Testament. Witness my hand & seal this 22nd day of June 1860 Elizabeth Lockridge her mark. Signed & acknowledged in the presence of us who in the presence of Testatix & of each other, have signed out names as witnesses at her request. Wm T. Gammon and Wm Curry Codicil I Elizabeth Lockridge do make & publish this as a Codicil to my will. I will & bequeath my servant Tamas to my daughter Rebecca Seibert not to be sent out of this county & she is out of the portion coming to her to pay $100 or $20 to each of my other daughters.
