Levabat Franciscus Martinis Layer civis" *** Source Kerstin Armstroff-Poppe CITY of AMORBACH city branch administration e-mail 9/27/2004 There has lived since 1741 a sheep shepherd Johann Peter Bucher whose second marriage was on 8.8.1753 to Anna Barbara geb. Zeller (born *1-12-1732 in Preunschen. Of the origin of the Johann Peter Bucher, nothing is known. It is noted at his death on the 18.1.1778 in Preunschen that he was about 60 years old. A death entry of the Anna Barbara Bucher could not be found in the Kirchzeller registry books; it possibly she married a second time after abroad. This married couple had a son Johann Valentin *24.2.1763 in Preunschen of which in the Pfarrei Kirchzell no marriage was found. Valentine was an innkeeper at the Inn of the Angel in Mudau according to the marriage record of his son Johann Joseph in 1817.
