a. Note:   Necia Jaunita Inman, 81, of Cabot, formerly of Batesville, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, at Little Rock. Born April 15, 1920, in Stone County, she was the daughter of Russell Hughes and Edith McElroy Hughes Johnston. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mike and Marsha Inman Sutterfield of Cabot; three stepsons, James Inman, Tom Inman and Keith Inman, all of Batesville; three stepdaughters, Nora Lee McClain, Joy Hodge and Janie Barber, all of Batesville; a stepbrother, Freddie Johnston of Batesville; two half sisters, Quetta Nelson of Newark and Laverne Diane Melton of Batesville; a stepsister, Wilma Melton of Batesville; three grandchildren, Marshall Sutterfield of Cabot, Michael Dale Sutterfield of Alabama and Michelle Layman of Las Vegas; several stepgrandchildren; three great-grandsons; and a great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Inman; a sister, Anna Rose Jones; and six brothers, Junior Hughes, Donald Hughes, Eugene Hughes, Doyle Hughes, Junior Johnston and Bill Johnston. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Willis-Hays Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with James Jones officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery near Cushman.
