Date: Mon, 24 May 1999 16:31:12 -0500 Jim- I just tried to connect to familysearch, and got a busy signal. I'll try later tonight when things might be a little less crowded. I might even have more success by going to the local LDS family library. About this Andrew. While in Fonda last year I looked thru a 1710 census of New Amsterdam (New York) and found some Balsley's Not about our line I sort of overlooked it.. This year it is my expectation to go back and look at some of this, not that it has anything to do with our line but of general interest. At that time I noticed that this line apparently migrated to The Buffalo area and might have been merchants of sort. I suspect that this Andrew is probably connected here as there is a Holland in Erie County. I'll let you know what I find out.
