Of 318 4th Ave., died at 5 a.m. today in the Altoona V.A. Hospital. He was born in Altoona on April 28, 1893, a son of James W. and Nannie H. (Robison) Cramer, and was married to Gladys Sansom [sic] June 29, 1921, in Harrisburg. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Snyder of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Ruth Fullerton of Bel Air, Md.; two grandchildren and two brothers, James E. and Glenn R. of Altoona. He was a member of the Fifth Ave. Methodist Church; also Hiram Lodge, F&AM and Harrisburg Consistory. Mr. Cramer was a retired P.R.R. clerk and served in France during World War I.
