  DR. JAMES L. MCKEE DIES FALL ON ICE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE KILLED MINISTER
  Becoming a Presbyterian Pastor in 1905, He Served Here Continuously Except for One 10-Year Interval.
  Dr. James L. M'Kee, 77 years old, pastor of the Third Presbyterian church was found dead on the sidewalk at Thirty-seventh and Walnut streets about 6 o'clock last night. Police said he apparently slipped on the icy walk and fell, the back of his head striking the pavement. Dr. McKee died only a few yards from his home at 3710 Walnut street. He was returning home after conducting a New Year's day service at his church at 3027 Walnut street. The minister was dead when he was found by Nat Spencer, 3727 Warwick boulevard, an old friend. At almost the same instant the minister's son, John L. McKee, who lives at the Drake hotel, came on the scene. The son was on the way to his father's home to have dinner with his parents. Young McKee's wife already was at the home.
  SERVICES FOR DR. M'KEE Pallbears Are Named for Rites This Afternoon Funeral services for Dr. James L. McKee will be held at 2 o'clock this Saturday at the Stine & McClure chapel. The services will be conducted by Dr. George P. Baity, Dr. J. Layton Mauze, Dr. C. C. McGinley and Dr,. Frederick Hawley. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery.
