Anna Holmes was born 20 dec 1670 in Gravesend and married (1st) Jacobus Kierstede (The New Voorhees Version of the Flatbush Reformed Dutch Church records says: "1691 Betrothed the 22 Mary Jacobus Kierstede, young man from New York, with Anna Homs, Young lady from Gravesend.) who was bpt 28 Nov 1663 at the NY DRC (Mr Hans Kierstede, Sara Roelofs; Jacobus; Tryntie Rodenburg). Jacobus Kierstede and Anna Holmes bpt 5 children in the NY DRC (1694-1701). Jacobus Kierstede died before 9 Jan 1701/1702, when Letters of Administration were granted to his brother-in-law William Teller (husband of Rachel Kierstede). Anna Holmes then married Pieter Perrine 16 Oct 1704 at New Dorp, Richmond,NY.
