On which Day appeared perfonally William Day of Carnaby in the East riding of the County of York Blacksmith and, being Sworn on the Holy Evangelifts, alledged and made Oath as follows, That he is of the Age of Twentyone Years and upwards and a Batchelor and intends to marry Dinah Kiby of Kilham in the Jurisdiction of the Deanery of York aged Twenty one years, and upwards, and a Spinster not knowing or believing any lawful Let or Impediment by Reafon of Confanguinity, Affinity, or any other Caufe whatfoever, to binder the faid intended Marriage: And he prayed a Licence to Solemnize the faid Marriage in the Parish Church of Milham, aforefaid, In which faid parish the faid William Day further made Oath, That the faid Dinah Kiby hath had her ufual Abode for the Space of Four Weeks laft paft.
