  LEONA ELZADA HAVENS: "Milan Standard,Milan,MO. 16 Feb.1978 Sec.3,Pg.7,Col.6" LEONA ELZADA HAVENS BUCKALLEW Leona Elzada Havens Buckallew, 78, daughter of William H. and Laura Ellen Long Havens, was born May 24,1899 and passed away Feb.8,1978 at the Pershing Memorial Hospital, Brookfield, Mo. On April 3,1945, she was united in marriage to William Brown, who passed away January 1,1955. At an early age, she became a member of the Methodist Church remaining a member the rest of her life. On November 6,1963, she was married to Roy Buckallew, deceased now. She is survived by one son, Myron, of the home ;four sisters, Olga Elliott, Brookfield, Mo.; Wenona Burditte, Kirksville, Mo.; Anna Brown, Brookfield, Mo.; and Hazel Jones, Browning; three brothers, Phil Havens, Paris,Mo.; Hileman and Wilson Havens, Browning; a host of nieces and nephews who loved her very much. Leona was loved by all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by loved ones and friends. Preceding her in death are her father, mother, six brothers and four sisters. Funeral service was Saturday, February 11,1978 at the Browning Baptist Church, Clarence Barker, pastor, officiated. Soloist was Mrs. Susan Rudloff, pianist, Mrs.Tressie Christy. Casketbearers were Wendell Havens, Harvey Havens, Keith Hubler, Jack Brown, Edwin Hayes, Danny Baker and Roger Losey. Internment was in the Knifong Cemetery directed by the Wade Funeral Home.
