  Clarence H. "Bud" Riethman, 87, of Anna, died at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at The Pavilion, in Sidney.
  He was born May 12, 1919, in McCartyville, the son of Anna (Zumberger) and Frank Riethman, who preceded him in death. On June 7, 1950 he married Mary Martha Kinstle, and she survives. Mr. Riethman is also survived by four children, John Riethman of Botkins, Thomas (Trina) Riethman of Sidney, Barbara (Dudley) Webster of Massillon, and David Riethman of Findlay; six grandchildren, Michelle, Angie, Tracy Jo, Jennifer, Kelli, and Terry; and three great grandchildren, Brandon, Gabriel, and Phillip. He was preceded in death by a brother and eight sisters. Mr. Riethman worked as a carpenter for 35 years for the PK Lumber Company in Sidney. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Botkins, and a member of American Legion Post 217 of Sidney. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He enjoyed woodworking and repairing furniture. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Botkins, with the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Burial will follow at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted by the Sidney American Legion. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, State Route 501, Wapakoneta.
