Note: He moved from Rueckenau in 1845 to Heinrich Janzen's estate in the Alexandrovsk District where he worked as a farm manager in 1852 per the 1852 List of People Living Outside the Molotschna Colony. In the 1850 Molotschna Colony Census he was listed with his brother Peter Unger's family at Rueckenau #12.
