It appears that Cleopatra's mother was Winganuske, Powhatan's "favorite wife", sister of Machumps. The favorite wife, unlike the others, lived with the chief and did not stay with her own tribe. Bill Deyo Matachanna b about 1592, went to England with Pocahontas to take care of the son of Pocahontas and John Rolfe.
