Box 291; Singapore 912410 Source Medium: Official Document //In the name of God, Amen: I, JOHN EUBANK of Albemorle Co., Va. being in an impaired state of body, tho prefect in mind & memory, knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that is to say: Principally & first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it & my body to the earth to be buried in a decent & Christian manner at the direction of my ex'ors, hoping at the general ressurection to receive same by the mighty power of God; & as touching the worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life; I give, devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form: // I will that all my just debts be paid in a convenient time after my decease. I will that my Orange tract of land be sold & divided between my two sons JOHN and JAMES EUBANK, giving unto JOHN two parts & unto JAMES one part, & my Hardwood Tract to be equally divided between said JOHN & JAMES. The tract whereone I am now living of one hundred & sixty four acres I give to my son WILLIAM EUBANK. My seventy acre tract joining Moore I give to my daughter NANCY EUBANK together with a Negro boy called Phill & a mare colt called Fancy & the bed she hath possession of to her & her heirs forever. I give to my son JOHN EUBANK one Negro woman called Phyllis & my old still to him & his heirs forever. // I give to my son JAMES EUBANK one Negro boy called Pompy & my new still to him & his heirs forever. I give to my son WILLIAM EUBANK one Negro fellow Frank & blue rug, bed & furniture & one mare called Phylliss.
