a. Note:   Obit: James Stewart Lockwood (Jim) of RR3 Bancroft, passed away at Bancroft Dist. Hosp. on Jan. 23, 1991, at the age of 80, after a brief illenss. Jim had spent most of his life in the Bancroft area. His parents were the late Samuel & Mary (Whitmarsh) Lockwood. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Lockwood, & children, Wayne, Arnold, Ronald, Kevin, Darrel, Glen, Dale, Delbert & SUSAN ARNOLD, all of Bancroft; Don of Picton; Janet Saunders of Wilberforce; Brian of Madison; Joyce Conkey & Jim Lockwood of Strathroy. He was predeceased by Doug, Dennis & Frieda. There are 20 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild. Brothers & sisters are Frank Lockwood of Oxtongue Lake; Anne Woodcox of Dwight; Adie Weemer of Dwight; (That is how they spelled it.) Susan Phillips of Bancroft; & Roy Lockwood of Paudash. He was predeceased by Jack & Hazel. He had been employed as a labourer in the lumbering business before retirement. Funeral service took place on Jan. 26, at 2p.m. in the Wiggins Funeral Home Chapel. Interment in St. Mark's Community Cem. Paudash. Rev. Jack Morrison officiated. Pallbearers were Mac McGillivray, Don Watson, Cliff Sarginson, Don Neuman, Art Reid, & Cecil Kellar. [BT30JAN1991
