    OBITUARY: Maggie Jane Radford - June 11, 1916 - Aug. 21, 2008. Maggie peacefully passed away on Tuesday evening at Evergreen Hospice Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eliga; her parents, Robert and Nancy Hearn; her brothers, William, Roy and Delmer; and her sister, Rosa Jackson. She is survived by her sons, Marvin Radford (Dawn), of Medina, Ohio, and Larry Radford (Georgia), of Edmonds, Washington; her daughter, Julia Snider (Keith), of Bothell, Washington; her sisters, Velma Feeney, Roberta Osborn and Nancy Neal; her brothers, James Hearn and Richard Hearn; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Maggie was born in Newcastle, Oklahoma, moved to California with her family in 1938. She married Eliga Radford on May 1, 1939. She raised her family in the San Jauquin Valley of California. After the death of Eliga in 1984 she moved to Shafter, CA before moving to Washington in 1993 to live with her daughter and family, where she resided until her stroke on August 11, 2208. Maggie loved her family. She enjoyed traveling and was always ready to go. She also enjoyed board games, homemaking and reading. She was the matriarch and vocal point for her family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister and she will be missed by all that loved her.
