"Altie Huddleston Services Thursday --
Funeral services for Altie May Huddleston, 86, West Plains, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with the Rev. Thomas Morris of Koshkonong officiating.
Mrs. Huddleston died today at 1:10 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Leonard Redburn of West Plains. She was born Feb. 22, 1891, at Rover, Mo., the daughter of the late Elijah (Doc) and Tilda George Trantham.
On March 10, 1908, she was married at West Plains to James Huddleston, who preceded her in death Nov. 8, 1933. She had spent her entire life in Oregon County, moving to West Plains with her daughter in November of 1972.
Mrs. Huddleston had been a member of the Assembly of God Church more than 50 years, her membership being in the church at Rover, Mo.
surviv ors include twin daugthers, Mrs. Leonard (Leo) Redburn, West Plains; Mrs. Roy (Cleo) Brazeal, West Plains; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one step great-grandson; two step great-great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Hade Trantham, Washington, Ill.; and Nora Witt, Oklahoma, Okla.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, two brothers, two sisters and one granddaughter, Violet Brazeal Day.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Rose Chapel.
Interment will be beside her husband in Jolliff Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains."
