Koshkonong Resident Dies in Farmington -
Mrs. B.W. Huddleston, 53 of Koshkonong, Mo., died Tuesday noon in the state hospital at Farmington, after a critical illness of four weeks. She had been frail since Feb.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 pm at the Baptist church at Rover with burial in the Jolliff cemetery. Mr. Huddleston and his son, Carl had been in Farmington Monday making arrangements to bring Mrs. Huddleston back home and they returned there Tues. morning with that intention, but her death occured before their arrival. The were accompanied to Farmington by Mrs. Paiger Robertson of the Robertson Funeral Home and the group returned to West Plains last night. The body is to be taken to the family home tomorrow afternoon at 4 o?clock.
Mrs. Huddleston was born in Oregon county, June 20, 1897, the former Anna Mathilda Moore, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Moore. She was married to Mr. Huddleston at Rover, Aug 12, 1917, and they continued to make their home in Oregon county.
She was amember of the Assembly of God church. She had spent her entire life in Oregon county except for eight years in Oklahoma.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Carl and J.B. Huddleston, both of Koshkonong. One son died in infancy. There are also four brothers and a sister, Clarence Moore, Koshkonong, Ott Moore, West Plains, Tom Moore, Akron, Colo., James Moore, Jennings, Okla; Mrs. Minnie Childers, Oiltown, Okla. Several of the out of town relatives are planning to attend the funeral services.
