Daughter of Sir John ap William ap Thomas ap Sir William Picton (John Picton, d 1440) ca 1440, by whom diverse descents of inheritance came to the Perrot family.
I did have her as dau of William Picton.
On 4 March 1422 there is a record of a demise by John Picton of Carrewe [Carew], Esquire, to Jevan [John] ap David the tailor (sissoren) of Haverford[west], and Margaret his wife, of three parts of a burgage in Haverford adjoining a stream called 'Schitrichislake' [E 210/679]. There is an important document, E 210/723, which records a grant in tail, by John Picton, Esquire, to Thomas Perrot, son of Stephen Perrot, Esquire, and Alice his wife, daughter of the grantor, of all his messuages, lands, and rents &c. in Bikton in Ros [the Hundred of Rhos], at a yearly rent of two greyhounds (leporarios), Monday after the conversion of St. Paul, 9 Henry V . This shows that Alice Picton had married Thomas Perrot by 1422, and the marriage may even have occurred in that year.
