    (1) to (2) manor of Solberge (Solbergh Super Wysk') with all lands, tenements and appurtenances, given to (1) and to John Conyers by Michael de la Pole, Earl of Suffolk. To (2) for life to the value of 20 marks of rent per year by the will and ordinance of John Conyers; after the death of (2), remainder to the heirs of JC. In default of such heirs, remainder to Thomas, son of JC, and his male heirs (he to bear the arms of JC). In default of such heirs, remainder to Robert Conyers, knight, brother of JC (he to bear the arms of JC) and his male heirs. In default of such heirs, remainder to John, son of William Conyers brother of JC (he to bear the arms of JC) and his male heirs.
