She married, 1stly, Sir John BROUGHTON, son of John BROUGHTON, of Broughton, near Newport Pagnell, Bucks, by Agnes BUTLER. She married, 2ndly, Richard ST. MAUR, LORD ST. [Complete Peerage X:517, XIV:525, (transcribed by Dave Utzinger)]

Tfhe representation of any Barony that may be supposed to have been created by the two summonses of 1299 descended in the Broughton family, from John, son and heir of Sir John Broughton and Mary Peyvre, both abovenamed, till 29 June 1529, when, on the death of another John Broughton, it went (according to modern doctrine) into abeyance between his two sisters and coheirs, of whom Catherine, the elder, married William, Lord Howard of Effingham, and Anne, the younger, married, as his 2nd wife, Sir Thomas Cheyne, K.G., father of Henry, Lord Cheyne of Toddington. Beltz (Memorials of the Order of the Garter, p. 68) states that in 1841 the coheirs general of Margaret, wife of Thomas Peyvre, were the Earl of Sandwich and the Earl of Darlington, son and heir apparent of the Duke of Cleveland.
