Wife: Clarah Cherry- lend the land were I now live, being the plantati on where John Manning formerly lived, for her lifetime. All the cattl e that came by Solomon Cherry shall go to the use of his three younges t children. My Son Charles Cherry shall be maintained reasonabaly ou t of my estate. If my wife should die before my son Thomas B. Cherry c omes of age, my lands are to be rented out and proceed used to schoo l the said Thomas. All my lands and the rest of my property shall desc end to my son Thomas. to the heirs of my daughter Elizabeth-five dolla rs., Son william Cherry-five dollars, daughter Sarah Mayo-$200. To th e heirs of my son Luke Cherry- ten dollars Daughter Nancy Crisp-$100 D aughter Rebekah Crisp-$100. My son Roderick Cherry shall take care o f my son Charles and keep im form suffrance.
