Maud has a very detailed ancestry in World Connect. When I found an ancestry for the Hotham, Baronet in Burke's Peerage, I at first doubted that they were the same lines of Hotham because the two ancestries were so unlike each other. However each contained a Sir John Hotham of Scorborough (not Scarborough, which is in Yorkshire North Riding near York, as I first thought) and, even more telling, a Sir John Hotham who married Agnes, daughter of John de Heslarton (although the two ancestries had that marriage happening in different centuries (abt 100 years apart)). Since I found a published source for the ancestry in Burke's Peerage, I will go with it. For posterity, I will give the ancestry for Maud which I found in, among others, Bill Marshall's World Connect data base "wtm". Bill Marshall refers to a source "Foster, Joseph, Pedigrees of the County Families of Yorkshire, Vol I - West Riding, part 1. London: Winfred Head, 1874. LDS Film #0924024, #1696537", as well as other souces in this ancestry. Burke's Peerage could always be wrong, and the following could be right.
Father: John de HOTHAM , of Scorborough, MP, Sir b: ABT 1344 in Scorborough, Beverley, Yorkshire East Riding, England
Mother: Margaret INGLEBERT b: ABT 1350 in Yorkshire, England
Marriage 1 Edmund FITZWILLIAM , of Wadworth b: ABT 1355 in Emley, Wakefield, Yorkshire, England
