  • ID: I02158
  • Name: Konrad Count of RHEINGAU 1
  • Sex: M
  • Birth: ABT 920 in Rheingau, Hesse, Germany
  • Note: Alan Wilson, apparently has this Konrad being the same person as Conrad I of Alsace, born 915, elsewhere in my file. His ancestry ends up with the same great-grandfather (Geberhard of NiederLandgau), who is father of both Eberhard of Niederlandgau and Gebhard of Wettergau, but does not go through Udo Count of Wetterau, as AR does. Richard Borthwick states that this is the latest thinking of several genealogists, as indicated in the latest edition of ES, but that not everyone agrees. I am NOT following Alan's line, but have given Konrad of Rheingau as an alias to Konrad of Alsace, who Alan states is the same person. @@check ancestry
