The Grandjury being this day impannelled the Court appointed Thomas Ballard Smith, Foreman who was sworn and then the rest of the Jury, to wit: Samuel Waddy, John Hill, Thomas Henry, Robert Benham, Benjamin Hensley, John Meriwether, Thomas Paulett, Richard Hammack, Charles Smith, John Clarkson, Thomas Underwood, Samuel McGehee, Thomas Starke, Joseph Martin, Archelaus Yancey, Henry Bibb, William Biggers, and James Tate and having received their charge retired and after some time returned into Court and made several Presentments and were discharged.
