Obituary...Mrs Epperson, rites will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday at the Mca llister-Julian Funeral home, 304 North 5th St. for Mrs. Demarcy Epperso n, 78, 1117 Chestnut St. who died at 4p.m. Sunday at a local hospital aft er a three-week illness. The Rev. B.P. Nielsen will officiates, and buri al will be in Willwood Burial Park. Mrs. Epperson fractured her h ip in a fall at her home on Dec. 15. Widow of Martin Epperson, she was bo rn Feb. 1, 1861, in Sulphur Springs, Benton County, Arkansas. and ca me to Rockford in 1927. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
