    !MARRIAGE: no marriage found but in 1776 will of his mother in law Elizabeth
    Beck, she names her daughter Frances Wroth. His will of 1786 names his wife
    Frances. A reference is made in his will to her son John Blackiston and a
    deceased George Blackiston, which means she was previously married so not
    sure if she is the mother of all the children of Kinvin then.

    After my debts are paid, to my beloved wife Frances Wroth one young brown mare 5 years old and the money she sold her riding chair for in part of her 1/3. To my beloved dau. Mary Willis all the money I have paid and am bound to pay for her husband Joel Willis her said husband and herself making over the land purchased by him of the States for the payment of which I am security to the States, if her husband should outlive her in full estate, but in case my said dau. should outlive her present husband and they shall have conveyed said land by a good and lawful deed to my son Kinvin Wroth or his heirs then I give my said dau. 2 acres of land of part of a tract of land called "Savorey's Farm" adjoining the main road and lines of Wm Beck's land, and do order my son Kinvin have a house built on said land if my dau. needs therein a brick chimney therein 20 by 16 feet and fence the said land in under a good fence and she to have liberty of firewood of my land during her widowhood if that is during her life but no longer, then said land to return to my son and his heirs. To my beloved dau. Ann Wroth all the things I delivered to her after marriage with one negro wench Binah in full of her part. To my beloved dau. Martha Apsley all the things that is in her possession that is my property with a negro lad named George and a negro girl in my possession which my said dau. purchased of me as per my receipt may appear called Beck in full of her part of my estate. To my dau. Charlotte Wroth one negro girl called Tamor which said negro my dau. purchased of me as per receipt may appear, I likewise give my said dau. one young bay mare that I purchased of John Willis. I likewise give my said dau. one feather bed and furniture with bedstead and cord one cow and calf, 5 ghoats, 6 pewter plates, 2 pewter dishes, 2 small pewter basins, one iron pot, 6 cups and saucers and china, 6 stone plates, one stone dish, one tea pot, 6 knives and forks, 4 sitting chairs, 1 small table, and 1 seal skin trunk, now in possession of John Blackiston, lent him by me, likewise I give my said dau. one pair of silver sugar tongs, in possession of same, lent by his mother Frances Wroth to be returned when called for. I likewise give my said dau. 6 silver tea spoons and one iron pot now in possession of Ebenezer Turner lent Ebenezer Blackiston by me to be returned when called for. I likewise give my said dau. one glass 2nd decanter in full of her part of my estate, except 4 hogs due me from the estate of George Blackiston of DE, deceased, valued said Blackiston to me at fifteen shillings each, which hogs or value I give my said daughter. I give unto my beloved dau. Hannah Dulany one negro girl called Gin, which said negro girl I gave my said dau. when born, and one negro girl Siney, which the purchased of me as per receipt may appear. I likewise give my said dau. all the things I delivered her after marriage, only one black horse called Hector in exchange for which horse I give my said dau. a horse called Bacchus colt, now in possession of John Willis, and a looking glass of $3 to be delivered her by my son in full of her part. To my beloved son Kinvin Wroth one negro man called Sam, which I delivered my said son when bought, I likewise give my said son one negro boy called Zingo, which he purchased of me as per receipt may appear. I give to my granddau. Meley Willis, one negro child named Millay when she arrive at 16. To my grandson Joel Willis and Wright Wroth Willis 4 each laid out by their mother or uncle Kinvin Wroth towards educating them. To my grandson Daniel Lloyd Dulany one small bay colt, a mare which I gave him immediately after it was foaled and one small saddle and bridle to be given him by his uncle Kinvin Wroth, if not given by me as soon as he is able to ride, and 20 cash, I desire my son Kinvin may lay out towards my said son's education, and keep him and his mother until she chooses to leave him herself. I likewise give my said son a negro Adam. I give to my grandson James Kinvin Wroth my silver watch when he is 18 to be kept by my son Kinvin until he arrives at age. The foregoing gifts not to be counted as part of my estate, the remaining part of my property is my personal estate. My wife should have her 1/3 estate if she refuses her dower in my estate. I give her my negro woman called Kate as payment. If my wife does not abide by the will then the said negro to my son Kinvin. I give all the remainder part of my estate to my son Kinvin Wroth
