    2. According to Mary Bourke Emory in her book "Colonial Families and Their Descendants", Mary Bordley's husband was "Dr. Willis".

    Walter C or G? " 31 Physcian b. MD

    b. In the 1870 and 1880 Census, there is a Mary N. Willis of the right age living in Chestertown and married to an Edward Willis. However, Edward Willis is listed as a "watch maker and jeweller".

    Therefore, presumably not "Dr. Willis" and "Mary (Bordley) Willis".
