    "aged 81, who died Tuesday, Jan 11th at her home in Baltimore..."

    "The palbearer were her two sons William J. and P. B. Hopper McFeely, her grandson P. Blake McFeely, and Wm. J. Roettger; M. Worthington Bordley, John W. Perry, sons-in-law"

    "Widow of William Harper McFeely of Chestertown and the daughter of the late Henrietta Goldsborough and Philemon Blake Hopper, Mrs. McFeely was born Aug 14, 1862 on the estate near Centreville, now owned and occupied by David G. Taylor. The original Hopper homestead was struck by lightning 30 some years ago and all but the north wall of the old building destroyed. The late Judge Philemon Blake Hopper of the 2nd judicial court was a brother of the deceased. For the past 30 years, Mrs. McFeely had made her home in Baltimore."

    "She is survived by the following children: Mrs. John W. Perry of Centreville, Mrs. W. J. Roettger, Mrs. M. Worthington Bordley; Miss Anna Harper McFeely, Wm. J. and P. B. Hopper McFeely all of Baltimore. Eleven grandchildren, 6 of these being in the armed services of their country, at home and overseas, and two great grandchildren, Ellen Hackett and John W. Perry III, Towson, Md., also survive."
