    To son William at 18 yrs. of age, residue of land, 150 A., belonging to ?Hynson's Town? afsd.

    To son Richard at 18 yrs. of age, 150 A., ?Hynson's Hills.?

    To brother Charles, testator's portion of 200 A. on w. side Chester R.

    To wife Anne, execx., of all personalty, and privilege of remaining on plantation.

    To younger child. (not named) residue of personalty equally.

    3. 20 June 1670 Thomas Hynson and his wife Ann of Chester River conv. to his brother Jobn Hynson in consequence of 200 a already delivered, land on Eastern Neck called Wickliff, 800 a formerly possessed by Thomas Hynson, father of Thomas (the grantor) and John, dec., also 300 a called Partnership and 300 acres called Marked Place.{TALR 1:108}
